Returns & Exchanges

At Mothercare Hong Kong, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all labels intact. Please note that for hygiene reasons, innerwear and certain baby essentials cannot be returned.

  Contact Customer Support

  Email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to obtain a Return Authorization Number before sending your parcel back.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items including the original invoice and clearly mark the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package before shipping it to our Hong Kong warehouse.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 7 to 10 business days.
